VALUE TRANSFER

Collaboration between industry and healthcare organisations, professionals and patient associations is vitally important.

 

The direct or indirect value transfers shown below reflect Ferrer's support to healthcare professionals to facilitate their continuing education, fees for the provision of services to healthcare professionals or organisations based on their knowledge and clinical experience and payments for the participation and contribution of centres and professionals in R+D. 

 

Ferrer is adhered, in Spain, to the Farmaindustria Code of Good Practice and the Code of Conduct regulating the processing of personal data; in Germany, to the Freiwillige Selbstkontrolle für die Arzneimittelindustrie e.V. (FSA); and, in Portugal, to APIFARMA's Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics .

Individual nominative publication:  The Transfers of Value made annually on an individual basis to each organisation or health professional will be added together in such a way that an amount is published for each individual Health Organisation. The breakdown will only be available for consultation, where appropriate, by the individual Health Organisation, the Control Bodies of the Code or the competent authorities.


The information published in accordance with the requirements of the Code on this website will be used only for the purpose of complying with the provisions of the Code. Any further use or processing of data is far from the purpose pursued.
