ETHICS
With the aim of achieving sustainable success, at Ferrer we are firmly convinced that a culture of ethics and compliance is a key element in what we do.
CULTURE OF ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE
In 2026, we were the only Spanish pharmaceutical laboratory recognised by Ethisphere, a world leader in defining and promoting ethical business practice standards, as one of the world's most ethical companies in its 2026 World's Most Ethical Companies® list. This distinction, one of the most important worldwide, rates organizations with the highest standards of business integrity and responsible corporate practices.
Ethical codes
As a member of a number of sectoral employers' associations in various countries, at Ferrer we fully comply with the requirements included in their respective codes of ethics and we respect all the regulations applicable to our products.

It outlines the principles of action and expected ethical behavior for all Ferrer employees, regardless of their position or geographical location, beyond compliance with regulations. -
Third-Party ethical codes
We need to have a value chain aligned with our ethical principles and our way of doing business. Therefore, all our commercial relationships are aligned with the essential ethical commitments outlined in the Ferrer Third-Party Code of Conduct.
Internal regulations
At Ferrer we have an Ethics and Compliance System that includes both the ethical codes and policies provided for in this section, as well as the development procedures and other preventive, detective and corrective controls aimed at identifying and mitigating ethical or compliance risks. The following policies develop the content of the Code of Ethics and complement the provisions or commitments contained in the other policies and procedures specific to the sector in which Ferrer operates.

Anti-corruption and anti-bribery
At Ferrer, we make a public commitment based on the principles of integrity, honesty, and legality; and we act in line with national and international guidelines and best practices in the fight against corruption and bribery. -
Interrelationship Policy
Ferrer's interactions with healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, patient organizations, and consumers will always be based on the principles of legitimate need, legality, trust, transparency, and integrity, and will align with applicable regional regulations and industry codes. -
Prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing
Establish an adequate control system to prevent any customer or supplier from attempting to use Ferrer's structure for money laundering operations. -
Business Partner Due Diligence
To do business in a global environment, Ferrer's transactions must understand and comply with applicable legislation and with the ethical and compliance standards adopted by Ferrer. This Policy outlines the aspects to be evaluated and the main milestones related to the due diligence analysis to be conducted on our third parties.
Ethics & Compliance Committee
The Ethics and Compliance Committee is one of our governing bodies, tasked with dealing with issues related to the promotion of an ethical culture, the development of the Ferrer Ethics and Compliance Model, and risk prevention and management.
Whistleblowing channel
We set up a channel to report non-compliance or suspected non-compliance with the contents of the Code of Ethics, the principles and values of the organisation and internal or external rules. This channel is available to people in Ferrer as well as externals and complies with the guarantees of the applicable regulations on the protection of whistleblowers.
