At Ferrer we’re committed to the "Great Work!" model, which promotes different ways to work depending on the activity we're performing, and always based on the trust-responsibility binomial.
Work isn't where you go, rather what you do. Attendance at your workplace will depend on the type of role you’re performing at Ferrer. If your role requires you to be on site, you’ll need to be at your workplace on a daily basis. For all other groups, it’s not the number of days that matters, but what you get out of going to the workplace, depending on the activity you have to do.
And even if your role doesn’t require you to be here every day, we’d like to see you often, because we believe it’s very important to connect with other people and to socialise, share, prioritise and reflect.
